South Lakes Wild Animal Park

September 7th, 2007

We visited South Lakes Wild Animal Park with Grandad Mick and Nanny Christine on a lovely sunny day in Cumbria. We had great fun seeing the animals, feeding some of them and nearly getting pee’d on by a bat!

Best of all I enjoyed the little train ride!

Rosie has had kittens!

September 2nd, 2007

My lovely cat, Rosie, had two new little baby kittens yesterday. They are lovely and cute - I really like them! I’ll get Daddy to put up some photographs and video when they are a few days old, but there’s already a little bit of video and a couple of pictures on Daddy’s gallery at:

Children See, Children Do

Our last day of Summer 2007?

July 16th, 2007

About two weeks ago, Daddy thought it would be a great idea to buy some patio furniture so that we could eat outside “when it gets nice”. Of course, then we had non-stop rain for ages and big floods in parts of the UK (so you can blame my Daddy for that!)

However, today it was actually a beautiful day here. Daddy and I went to Morecambe and I rode my bike up and down the promenade. We even had ice cream!

At dinner time it was still very nice, so we made sure that we get at least one use of our new furniture this year and ate our dinner outside in the sun.

Gelli Baff

July 15th, 2007

I had a VERY peculiar bath this evening. Mummy and Daddy put water in the bath and then put some powder in it. The bath turned bright blue and after a few minutes it was full of Jelly instead of water! I got in. At first I really didn’t like getting the gooey jelly on my hands, but after I got used to it I had great fun.

When I was finished we put some more magic powder in and it turned back to water again! The product we used was Gelli Baff.

As if by magic the jelly turns to blue water!

Where are we today?

July 14th, 2007

Today we’ve spent the day at this very posh hotel in Las Vegas. Actually it’s not. See if you can guess where and what it is though! By the way, apparently that’s the world’s largest chandelier!

Partying at Ged’s 60th

June 23rd, 2007

I put on my smart shirt and went to Uncle Ged’s 60th birthday party tonight. I ran around the hall in circles and must have covered more miles than Daddy did in the car today!

Meeting up with Nanny and Grandad on vacation

June 17th, 2007

Nanny Cuckoo and Grandad Rob are up on holiday near Settle, Yorkshire. We met up and spent the day with them. Nanny Cuckoo took us on a canal boat and later we went to the pub and had fun on the swing!

Sea-Life and Waxworks in Blackpool

June 16th, 2007

Today we went to Blackpool for the day and visited the Sea-Life centre where I enjoyed seeing all the fish. My favourite things were the sharks, the jellyfish and the pirates!

Then we went to a strange place full of people that don’t move! It was called Louis Tussaud’s Waxworks. Mummy got scared in the dungeon section, but I was very brave!

Meeting Aunt Joyce

May 27th, 2007

Today Daddy, Mummy, Grandad, Nanny Christine, Auntie Linda and I met Aunt Joyce at her home in Cane End, near Henley-on-Thames. She lives in a lovely thatched cottage with her dog Holly. Unfortunately it rained all day so we didn’t really get a chance to see much of her enchanting garden. But we had a good day and it was nice to meet some more family!
