Mummy’s tummy is getting really big now - here’s what it looks like inside now. Can you guess what it is yet?

Today I woke up to a pile of cards and presents. I’m two years old today! I had a fun morning playing with Daddy and then in the afternoon all of my friends came to our house to have a big party. The house was full of noisy children and Daddy had a bad headache!

We danced, played games, ate food and ran around right into the evening when I finally fell asleep.

Today my newest friend was born to Uncle Kelvin and Auntie Anna. His name is Arron Jake Perry and weighs 8lb 7oz. I can’t wait to go and visit him but Daddy says I have to wait for his mummy and daddy to recover!

As you may have noticed, we had a bit of a disaster and lost lots of data from our webserver! Please bear with us while we catch up and try to get everything up to date.

Today was my very first birthday! I woke up and got Daddy and Mummy out of bed. When we went downstairs there were lots of cards for me. I opened them all - they were from all my family and friends. I liked them a lot, but was more excited about opening my presents!

I enjoyed ripping open the wrapping paper and was very happy with my presents.

Amongst other things I got:

• Some Crayons
• A Winnie the Pooh Spoon and Fork
• A Winnie the Pooh bowl
• A big Winnie the Pooh cuddly puppet
• A lunch bag with my favourite bear, Spencer on it
• A cuddly Monkey and a book about Hugs
• An activity table
• Books
• Money
• Clothes
• A Winnie the Pooh DVD

I spent most of the day playing with all my new things. I’m looking forward to Saturday when I have my birthday party.

Today I was very brave and took a whole step on my own! I was trying to get from Daddy to Mummy and decided to give it a go. I stumbled after the first step, but I’m getting better and braver every time I try it. I can stand up on my own now too!

Last Thursday, Daddy found a tooth in my mouth that had broken through the gum. He seemed surprised but what on earth did he think I’d been crying about for the last few days?!

Now I’ve got another tooth coming through next to it. So instead of complaining to Mummy and Daddy next time I will just bite them!

I’m doing it! I have started to get the hang of crawling and now there’s no stopping me. I can get from one side of the lounge to the other in just a few seconds!

Now I can try to go and play with all of Daddy’s wires. I know I’m not supposed to - but that’s what makes it a far more attractive challenge…
